We feel that it is necessary to inform the reading public of certain regulations that we have set forth in regard to using the material that is on this website.
First and foremost, we endeavor to establish the identity of the publishers of this website. The identity of the publishers of this website are David and Lourdes Ruffino as well as Jim Wilhelmsen. The aforementioned individuals have full rights to the information on this website. Others, who have contributed in the past have rights and permissions also to the information that they have donated in ministry to this website.
We do recognize that those who have given their testimonies have done so in love and in Christian ministry for the benefit of others. We freely share the testimonies on the website and have obtained permission from those who have contributed the testimonies.
Henceforth, we humbly request that anyone seeking to use any of the content therein should respect the privacy of each individual and obtain permission of the publishers of this ministry. This includes all other ministries and organizations who wish to use any material published on this website.
With this in mind, we state that permission be obtained in the following order:
Those who want to use testimonies donated to David or Lourdes Ruffino or to The Delusion Resistance Ministries should contact the aforementioned individuals for permission to use content.
Those who seek to use testimonies donated to Jim Wilhelmsen or Echoes of Enoch or The Museum of Alternate Realities, formally located in Roswell, New Mexico; should contact Mr. Wilhelmsen for permission to use content.
Those who seek to use testimonies or the content thereof that was donated to Joseph Jordan or CE4 Research Group should contact PAAPSI and we will direct the request to Mr. Jordan and/or CE4 Research Group.
Since we no longer list the testimonies by the group to which they were donated, we ask that you send your request for use of copyrighted material to either David Ruffino or Jim Wilhelmsen and when we determine which ministry donated the testimony(s) in question we’ll forward the request. Both of our e-mail address are found on the PAAPSI contact page.
When and if permission is granted we ask that you give credit in print to PAAPSI when printed matter is published and/or distributed. If the content is used on a webpage we request that you give credit to PAAPSI on the webpage wherein the content is being used. This policy must be adhered to with the testimonial content and/or the any information taken from the PAAPSI/AACOA website. Infringement of these conditions will be considered infringement of the Copyright laws of The United States of America.
